Green County Felonies • Marquis Mekhi-Isaiah Phiffer, 20, Monroe, revoked his probation Jan. 14 and was sentenced Monday to 13 months imprisonment with 20 months of extended supervision. Phiffer was sentenced to two years of probation in September 2012 for charges of manufacturing marijuana stemming from an incident that occurred in March 2012. Court records indicate Phiffer sold a 5.3 ounce baggie of marijuana for $50 to an undercover agent and took $130 from an undercover agent for a half-ounce of marijuana that he never delivered.
