Green County Felonies On Monday, March 17: • Abiga J. Terrell, 28, Monroe, entered a plea of not guilty for a Class H Felony count of theft and two Class A Misdemeanor counts of theft, which, if convicted for the maximum penalty, Terrell could face up to six years and nine months in prison or a fine of $20,000 or both. According to court records, Terrell was charged with stealing more than $10,000 from Schulz Automotive in Monroe where he was employed from November of 2012 to November 2013. Terrell allegedly stole more than $9,000 from customers from the repair shop, allegedly stole at least $900 worth of inventory and property from the shop and allegedly scammed a customer for the title of a Volkswagen Jetta valued at $2,500.
