Green County Felonies• The court Tuesday scheduled an April 17 plea/sentencing hearing for Travis P. Bowles, 20, Monticello, who is charged with possession with intent to deliver marijuana.Court records allege he had 32 grams of marijuana in a plastic bag and two grams of marijuana in a plastic bag in his possession Dec. 17 near the Senior Center Park. He was convicted of possession of marijuana in 2008.He is charged with possession with intent to deliver marijuana with intent to deliver near a park, a class I felony. He faces up to nine years in prison and up to $10,000 in fines, if convicted.He remains free on a $4,000 signature bond.• Michael E. Kaszuba, 38, Monroe, remains free on a $3,000 signature bond after making his initial appearance Monday for child abuse.Court records allege he grabbed a child by the shoulder and neck and threw the child to the floor March 11 in a Monroe residence.
