Green CountyFelonies• The court Wednesday sentenced Reggie W. Brewer, 31, Albany to one year in jail and three years probation after he pleaded no contest to fifth-offense drunken driving and possession of marijuana.He faced more than six years in prison and more than $11,000 in fines as part of the plea agreement for the class H felony and unclassified misdemeanor.The court dismissed one count of driving with a prohibited alcohol concentration, a class H felony, one count of resisting an officer, a class A misdemeanor, and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia, an unclassified misdemeanor. He originally faced more than 14 years in prison and more than $31,000 in fines.Court records indicate he was drunken driving and had 2 grams of marijuana in his possession Oct. 25 in Brooklyn township.• The court June 23 sentenced Todd S. Truttman, 40, Monticello, to three years probation for bail jumping and violating a court order.Truttman pleaded no contest Feb. 12.He faced more up to 20 years in prison and up to $24,000 in fines for the two class H felonies and two unclassified misdemeanors. He was convicted of three misdemeanor crimes in 2005.Court records indicate he contacted a woman in violation of a court order June 22, 2008 and June 27, 2008 in Washington township.
