Green County Felonies• The court Monday sentenced Robert L. Short, 27, Baileyville, Ill., to one year probation and $1,225 in fines, after he pleaded no contest to possession of cocaine.He faced more than three years in prison and up to $10,000 in fines as part of the plea agreement for the class I felony.The court dismissed one count of possession of marijuana, a class I felony. He originally faced up to seven years in prison and up to $20,000 in fines, if convicted.Court records indicate he had cocaine in his possession April 13 at Monroe Clinic.Misdemeanors• The court Monday fined Robert P.W. Camper, 50, Albany, $476 after he pleaded no contest to obstructing an officer.He faced up to nine months in jail and up to $10,000 in fines as part of the plea agreement for the class A misdemeanor.The court dismissed a second charge of obstructing an officer, also a class A misdemeanor.
