Green County Misdemeanors• The court Monday scheduled an Aug. 5 district attorney conference for Randal D. Spohn, 49, Monroe, who pleaded not guilty to attempted battery and disorderly conduct.Court records allege he pushed a woman and shoved her to the floor July 2 at a Monroe residence. He was previously convicted of threatening to injure in 2005.He is charged with attempted battery, a class A misdemeanor, and disorderly conduct, a class B misdemeanor, as a repeat offender. He faces up to four years in jail and up to $11,000 in fines, if convicted.He remains free on a $750 signature bond.• The court Monday scheduled an Aug. 5 district attorney conference for Todd S. Patterson, 31, Monroe, who pleaded no guilty to disorderly conduct.Court records allege he grabbed and woman and shoved her July 6 at a Monroe township residence.He is charged with disorderly conduct, a class B misdemeanor.
