Green County Felonies • Fred Tim Agee, 63, New Glarus, was found guilty due to a no-contest plea on Thursday of driving while intoxicated, fifth or sixth offense; he also had one count of driving with a prohibited blood alcohol concentration dismissed. Agee will serve six months in jail with work-release privileges, have his driver's license revoked for 27 months, is ordered to install an ignition interlock device upon relicensing, undergo alcohol and other drugs assessment classes and have an electronic monitoring system set up after he is released. Court records indicate that on June 22, 2012, Agee lost control of his truck on County W, Town of New Glarus, and rolled the truck onto its roof.
