Green County Felonies - Jillian Ann Gowen, 26, imprisoned at Taycheedah Correctional Institution in Fond du Lac, was sentenced to 18 months in prison and two years of extended supervision for revoking her probation on a felony conviction of burglary. Her probation agent indicates in a report that Gowen has a history of heroin use and is suspected of using drugs and altering a urine analysis while in a residential drug program in Madison, that she committed a new offense by helping to smuggle cigarettes and a lighter into the Green County Jail and, while out on a pass from her program in Madison, she "asked a drug dealer what kind of drugs he could get her." - Billy Jack Ransom, 33, Beloit, pleaded no contest July 17 and was sentenced to two years of probation on a Class H felony charge of forgery.
