Green CountyFeloniesMONROE - Gail R. Myers, Jr., 45, Monroe, was found guilty on June 29, after pleading no contest to a charge of operating while intoxicated, fourth offense in five years, a class H felony, stemming from a Feb. 5, 2011 incident. He was sentenced to six months in jail, drivers license revocation, and was fined $1,449. Court records indicate that Myers was on Wisconsin 69, in the Town of Washington, when he was pulled over, and ultimately charged with the OWI.- John D. Barrett, 25, Belleville, was found guilty on June 22, after pleading no contest to a charge of possessing amphetamine, an unclassified misdemeanor, stemming from a Feb. 18, 2011 incident.
