Green CountyFelonies- Nathan R. M. Sweet, 19, Monroe, was sentenced on July 13 to 12 months in jail, three years' probation and fined $518 after being found guilty on May 4 of a charge of possessing with the intent to deliver THC, a class I felony, stemming for a Feb. 18 incident. Court records indicate that Sweet possessed THC in the form of marijuana in the total amount of 26.8 grams, or about .06 pounds.- David B. Hogan, 51, Janesville, was found guilty on July 13 of breaking conditions of his probation. On May 18, 2010, he was found guilty of theft by contractor, a class A misdemeanor, stemming from a May 17, 2009 incident.
