Green County Felonies• The court Monday sentenced Jeremy J. Hunter, 20, Monroe, to 30 days in jail and one year probation, with work release privileges, after he pleaded no contest to causing injury by driving with a prohibited alcohol concentration.He faced up to one year in jail and $2,000 in fines as part of the plea agreement for the unclassified misdemeanor.The court dismissed one count of injury by intoxicated use of a vehicle, a class F felony. He faced more than 13 years in prison and up to $27,000 in fines.Court records indicate he was driving a vehicle that was involved in a crash that caused injury to the passenger Sept. 14 in Monroe township.• Gregory D. Roush Jr., 42, Lena, Ill., remains jailed on a $2,000 cash bond after making his initial appearance Monday for charges related to a disturbance.Court records allege he stalked a woman, entered her home and violated a restraining order July 10 and 11 in Monroe.
