FELONY- Cody Walker Johnson, 20, Monroe, pleaded no contest and was convicted on Jan. 6 of multiple charges stemming from three incidents in 2011: a Sept. 30 Class I felony charge of possessing THC with intent to deliver; a Sept. 24 Class A misdemeanor charge of battery; and a Feb. 9 Class U misdemeanor charge of possessing THC. The prosecution dismissed misdemeanor charges of bail jumping, possession of THC and carrying a concealed weapon. Johnson was sentenced to 10 days in jail and a two-year probation/deferred prosecution, plus fined a total of $352.
