GREEN COUNTY FELONIES• The court Wednesday scheduled a March 17 district attorney conference and entered a plea of not guilty on behalf of Joshua P. Reinhart, 22, Belleville, who stood mute to drug charges.Court records allege he delivered 46 methadone tablets and marijuana to an undercover officer Sept. 9 in Belleville. He also allegedly had marijuana and drug paraphernalia in his possession and used his residence to deliver drugs. He was convicted of burglary in Dane County in 2004.He is charged with delivery of narcotics, a class E felony, delivery of marijuana and maintaining a drug trafficking place, all class I felonies, and possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, an unclassified misdemeanor, all as a repeat offender.
