Green County Felonies• William C. Prinkey, 20, Monroe, remains free on a $2,000 signature bond after making his initial appearance Monday for forgery and obstruction charges.Court records indicate he wrote three checks from another person's account in November at First Community Credit Union in Monroe. He later gave police false information.He is charged with three counts of forgery, each a class H felony, and obstructing an officer, a class A misdemeanor. He faces more than 18 years in prison and up to $40,000 in fines, if convicted.His preliminary hearing is March 19.• David P. Bailey, 24, Monroe, remains free on a $2,000 signature bond after making his initial appearance Monday for drug charges.Court records indicate he manufactured marijuana and maintained a residence to manufacture marijuana in August 2005.
