Misdemeanors ♦ Nicole Jean Gatza, 39, Brodhead, pleaded no contest and entered a one-year deferred prosecution agreement Jan. 17 on a Class B misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct, stemming from an incident Oct. 21 at a home on Pandow Drive in Brodhead. A Class A misdemeanor count of criminal damage to property was dismissed. Court records indicate the resident called 911 after Gatza showed up at his home intoxicated and upset over money, pounded on the windows, yelled profanities, threatened to kill him and tore his screen door.
