GREEN COUNTY MISDEMEANORS • Nicholas Jason Roth, 36, Albany, was sentenced to a total of 150 days in jail after revoking his probation on a misdemeanor charge of possession of marijuana and after pleading no contest to unrelated charges of disorderly conduct and violating jail rules. Roth violated his probation first on Nov. 2, 2015, when he appeared intoxicated on a Monroe woman's front porch screaming incoherently. Roth, who later admitted to having smoked hashish, was taken into custody after throwing a barbecue grill across the porch, screaming at police officers and claiming he was a gorilla.
