Green County Felonies • Emily Renee Malin, 29, Albany, had a signature bond set at $2,500 Monday with additional conditions that she have no violent or abusive contact with Monroe or Albany police and the Monroe Clinic staff and is also barred from drinking and doing drugs. Malin is charged with a felony count of battery to police officers and a misdemeanor count of bail jumping, stemming from an incident that occurred Nov. 24. If convicted for the maximum penalty, Malin could face up to six years and nine months imprisonment or $20,000 in fines or both.
