Green County Misdemeanors • Heath A. Bader, 38, Monroe, was found guilty due to a guilty plea on Thursday of resisting arrest and had counts of second-degree recklessly endangering safety and resisting an officer dismissed. Bader will serve six months in state prison concurrent to his current sentence for a driving while intoxicated conviction. Court records indicate that on Sept. 6, Bader was driving a SUV and went through several stop signs and exceeded speeds of 60 miles per hour after a police officer tried to pull him over for a defective headlight.
