Green CountyFeloniesEric C. Wade, 21, Belleville, was found guilty on Aug. 5 of breaking conditions of probation. On June 25, 2009, he was found guilty of taking or driving a vehicle without the consent of the driver and abandoning the vehicle, a class A misdemeanor, stemming from a Dec. 13, 2008 incident. Court records indicate that he failed to pay restitution within 90 days and failed to comply with undergoing an AODA assessment.He sentenced to 12 months probation, was ordered to pay the restitution within nine months of probation and fined a total of $275.MisdemeanorsAllen S. Bechtolt, 26, Monroe, was found guilty on Aug. 5, after pleading no contest to a count of disorderly conduct, a class B misdemeanor, stemming from an April 8 incident.
