GREEN COUNTYFELONIES- Jeanne Marie Wells, 43, New Glarus, pleaded no contest Thursday, Aug. 16, to misdemeanor charges of disorderly conduct and battery and was granted an 18-month deferred prosecution with the conditions that she continue counseling and attend monitoring conferences. A Class G felony charge of intimidating a victim was dismissed against her. Court records indicate Wells became violent with her husband in their home in the W4300 block of County W in the Town of Exeter on Feb. 7, while their young children were present.MISDEMEANORS- Joshua Jeffery Frauchiger, 36, Monroe, was granted a 12-month deferred prosecution Thursday, Aug. 16, on misdemeanor charges of disorderly conduct, criminal damage to property and bail jumping.
