GREEN COUNTY FELONIES- Kimberly S. Costa, 47, incarcerated, pleaded no contest Wednesday, Aug. 15, to revoking her probation on previous felony convictions of bail jumping and failure to pay child support. She was sentenced to one year in jail with Huber Law release privileges for work, school and treatment as long as she doesn't drink or use controlled substances. Court records indicate she failed to comply with the Wisconsin Sex Offender Registration Program by talking with schoolchildren in Monticello she is not related to, missing child support payments and not registering her address and whereabouts with her agent.- Justin W. Young, 25, incarcerated, made an initial appearance in court Tuesday, Aug. 14, on a Class H felony charge of committing battery as a prisoner and a Class B misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct.
