- Clarence M. Campbell, 44, Paragould, Ariz., pleaded no contest Tuesday, Aug. 14, to two Class I felony charges that he failed to pay child support for periods of longer than four months in 2006 and 2009. He was granted four years of probation. Three similar charges were dismissed. Campbell owes the court $552.90.



- Derek M. Ball, 34, Blanchardville, has a preliminary hearing scheduled Sept. 19 on a Class H felony charge filed in July that he took and drove a white Chevrolet Blazer, without the consent of the owner, from the 100 block of North Lafayette Street in Argyle on June 27. His signature bond was set Aug. 6 at $300.

- William R. Pollock, 21, Darlington, has an initial appearance scheduled Aug. 20 on two Class H felony charges filed Aug. 8 that he used his mother's debit card and PIN to withdraw $40 twice in April from an ATM at the Darlington Mini-Mart, 11981 Wisconsin 23.


- Daniel G. Findley, 33, Benton, pleaded guilty Wednesday, Aug. 15, to a Class B misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct stemming from a domestic incident April 28. He was granted one year of probation with the conditions that he maintain employment, not drink and not enter drinking establishments (except the supper club/bar where he works as a chef). A Class A misdemeanor charge of criminal damage to property was dismissed. He owes the court $276.

- Derek M. Ball, 34, Blanchardville, has an initial appearance scheduled Sept. 4 on misdemeanor charges filed Monday, Aug. 13, of criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct. The charges stem from an incident July 20.
