GREEN COUNTYFELONIES• The court Monday scheduled a June 16 district attorney conference for Daniel Perdue, 29, Monroe, who pleaded not guilty to false imprisonment, battery and disorderly conduct.Court records allege he pushed a woman to the floor and blocked the door to prevent her from leaving April 9 in a Monroe residence.He is charged with false imprisonment, a class H felony; battery, a Class A misdemeanor; and disorderly conduct, a Class B misdemeanor. He faces up to seven years in prison and up to $21,000 in fines, if convicted.He remains free on a $2,500 signature bond.MISDEMEANORS• The court Monday scheduled a June 16 district attorney conference for Shawn A. O'Neill, 35, Monroe, who pleaded not guilty to charges stemming from a traffic stop.Court records allege he ran from officers after a traffic stop, struggled with them while being taken into custody, and had about 5 grams of marijuana and a pipe to smoke marijuana in his possession March 17 in Monroe.He is charged with obstructing an officer and resisting an officer, both Class A misdemeanors, and possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, both unclassified misdemeanors. He faces more than two years in jail and more than $20,000 in fines, if convicted.He remains free on a $1,500 signature bond.• The court Monday scheduled a May 19 district attorney conference for Bradley A. Miller, 19, Monroe, who pleaded not guilty to criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct.Court records indicate he argued and fought with a woman and punched a television March 20 in Monroe.He is charged with criminal damage to property, a Class A misdemeanor, and disorderly conduct, a Class B misdemeanor.
