GREEN COUNTYFelonies• The court Thursday scheduled a May 5 district attorney conference for Randy T. Kruser, 43, Monroe, who pleaded not guilty to drug possession, drug paraphernalia possession and bail jumping.Court records allege he had six grams of marijuana and two pipes to smoke marijuana in his possession March 27 in Monroe while on bond for possession of marijuana, disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property.He is charged with possession of marijuana, a class I felony; two counts of bail jumping, both class A misdemeanors; and possession of drug paraphernalia, an unclassified misdemeanor. He faces more than four years in prison and more than $30,000 in fines, if convicted.He remains free on a $2,000 signature bond.• The court Thursday scheduled a June 16 district attorney conference for Michael S. Hogue, 24, New Glarus, who pleaded not guilty to forgery and bail jumping.Court records allege he wrote two checks from another person's account Nov. 22 in New Glarus while on bond in Dane County for driving a vehicle without the owner's consent.He is charged with forgery and bail jumping, both class H felonies. He faces up to 12 years in prison and up to $20,000 in fines, if convicted.He remains free on a $5,000 signature bond.• Douglas W. Axelson, 23, Brodhead, remains free on a $2,000 signature bond after making his initial appearance Thursday for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.Court records allege he had marijuana in a cigarette package March 29 in Brodhead.He is charged with possession of marijuana, a class I felony, and possession of drug paraphernalia, an unclassified misdemeanor.
