Green County Felonies• The court Wednesday sentenced Danielle J. Bullock, 29, Freeport, to 100 days in jail with 100 days credit after she pleaded no contest to forgery.Court records indicate she forged a check Nov. 29 at Radio Shack in Monroe.She was charged with forgery, a class H felony. She faced up to six years in prison and up to $10,000 in fines.Misdemeanors• The court Wednesday sentenced Deanna K. Collins, 38, Juda, to 14 days in jail after she pleaded no contest to obstructing an officer and disorderly conduct.She faced up to one year in jail and up to $11,000 in fines as part of the plea agreement for the class A and class B misdemeanors.The court dismissed one count of second-degree reckless endangerment and possession of a firearm by a felon, both class G felonies. She originally faced up to 21 years in prison and up to $61,000 in fines.Court records indicate she yelled and threatened to kill three people Jan. 6 at a Sylvester township residence.• The court Wednesday entered into a deferred prosecution agreement with Heather L. Halverson, 20, Monroe, who pleaded no contest to disorderly conduct.She faced up to three months in jail and up to $1,000 in fines as part of the plea agreement.
