Cheryl A. Schwartz, age 58, of rural Monroe, died on Tuesday, February 20, 2018 at her home. She was born on August 27, 1959 in Monroe, the daughter of Casper "Cap" and Doris (Elmer) Aebly. She graduated from Monroe High School.
