EVANSVILLE - Arlene M. Rasmussen, 92, passed away on February 13, 2018, from complications of dementia. She was born March 30, 1925, to William and Anna (Schmid) Legler. After graduation from Brooklyn High School, Arlene attended vocational college and worked in Madison.
