Area man faces reckless injury, stalking charges

MONROE - A Belleville man stalked a woman for months and then caused a rollover crash that seriously injured her in March 2012, according to a criminal complaint filed Monday, April 8. Jon Harvey Funseth, 49, faces a Class D felony charge of first-degree reckless injury, a Class H felony charge of aggravated battery and Class I felony counts of stalking and reckless driving causing injury. The investigation into Funseth began with a car crash on County W east of County CC in Exeter Township on March 6, 2012.
