Adjusting car stereo blamed for accident that injures 4

MONROE - A two-vehicle accident Thursday afternoon was caused by a driver adjusting his car stereo, according to police reports.The accident occurred in at 4:18 p.m. Thursday in the W8900 block of Wisconsin 11 in the Town of Cadiz. Reports indicate that Charles E. Anderson, 24, Monroe, was eastbound on Wis. 11 when he looked away from the road to adjust his stereo. He entered the south shoulder and over corrected, then returned to the roadway, crossed the centerline and hit a westbound vehicle driven by Casey L. Hill, 26, Janesville.
