Ruth L. Von Arx, age 90 of Monroe, died Sunday, July 11, 2021 at Community Living Home Options. She was born on Nov. 12, 1930 in Monroe, the daughter of John and Rosina (Becker) Von Arx. She graduated from Monroe High School in 1948. She served in the Air Force and after her service, she stayed in Japan for 3 years. After she returned to the United States she settled in Albuquerque, NM; where she worked as an electronic technician building components for computers. She enjoyed taking care of her yard and flower gardens.

She is survived by several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers, Robert and Carl; sister, Viola.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 am on Friday, July 16, 2021 at Shriner Hager Gohlke Funeral Home with Pastor Dennis Perger officiating. Burial will be in Greenwood cemetery. A visitation will be held from 10:00 am until the time of service.
