Dennis Grossen, age 75, of Browntown passed away on Wednesday, June 21, 2023 at the SSM Health Hospital in Monroe surrounded by his family.  He was born the son of Walter Sr. and Helen (Broege) Grossen on November 14, 1947 in Monroe.  He graduated from South Wayne High School. Dennis served in the United States Army, where he was stationed in Korea.  He was united in marriage to Christine Bainbridge on August 7, 1971 in Cuba City. 

Dennis worked at Moore Business Forms, now known as RR Donnelly; where he retired after 43 1/2 years.  He enjoyed camping, hunting, fishing, and attending Badger and Packer games.  His grand-dogs held a special place in his heart.  Dennis was also involved with the Blackhawk High School football team where he helped take stats.

Dennis is survived by his wife, Christine of Browntown; children, Mark (Ann) Grossen of Cuba City and Lisa (Scott) Ferguson of Monroe; grandchildren; Michael (Anna) Horst, Taylor Grossen, Kayla Ferguson and Kaleb Ferguson; 2 great-grandchildren, Landon and Christine Horst; siblings; Marlene Winn, Kenneth Grossen, Allen (Glenda) Grossen, Janeen Roth, and David (Virginia) Grossen; mother-in-law, Joan Bainbridge; sister-in-law, Kathy Grossen; and brothers-in-law, Patrick (Donna) Bainbridge, Terry (Brenda Cox) Bainbridge, and Tom Bainbridge. 

He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Walter Grossen, Jr.; father-in-law, Cletus Bainbridge; brothers-in-law, Jim Roth and Mike Bainbridge; and nephews, Steve Grossen and Michael Winn.    

Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, June 28, 2023 at 11:00 AM at SHRINER HAGER GOHLKE FUNERAL HOME with Pastor Scott Cernek officiating.  Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 27, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the funeral home.  Condolences may be sent to the family at: shriner111.com.
