Kenneth Skogen-Reeson, 31, Monroe, died Sunday, Oct. 3, 2021 in Phoenix, AZ. A celebration of life will be held from 12 to 7 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 6, 2021 at Folklore Village, 3210 County BB, Dodgeville. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m.
