Brian passed away surrounded by his loved ones. He is survived by his wife of 22 years, Jodi Krieg-Shover Martinsburg, WV, his sons, Bryss Shover of Monticello, WI, Jovan Shover (Ollivander) of Fitchburg, WI, and Stephen Cunningham (Emily). He is also survived by his granddaughters, Noelle and Eden Cunningham of Dallas, TX. He is also survived by his siblings Karen Moon of Richmond, VA, Diana Muir of Middleboro, MA, Gayla Myers (Sid)of Anamosa, IA, Glenda Ross (Steve) of Anamosa, IA, Russell Collier (Donna) of Anamosa, IA, Ken Young (Michelle) Lakeland, FL, Amanda Young (Troy) of Columbus, GA, Dina Strait of Redmond, WA, Dan Rivas (Debbie) of Altoona, IA, Frank Rivas of Des Moines, IA, Jack Rivas of Des Moines, IA, Jesse Rivas of Des Moines, IA, Robert Rivas and Tisha Wells (Dustin) of Des Moines, IA. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and his mother, Christine Loehr of San Diego, California. He was preceded in death, biological father Danny Rivas, his adoptive parents Robert and Joanne Young, his stepmother Midge Young, two sisters, Karlene Miller and Katherine Blackburn and adoptive father Stanford Shover and a brother Danny Strait. His hobbies were riding bicycle, collect sports cards, taking pictures, and planting flowers. He had an immeasurable love for his family and all animals. Donations can be made in memory of him to
