Betty J. Norder, age 80, of Monroe passed away on Sunday, December 3, 2023 at her home.  She was born on Marh 25, 1943 the daughter of Alger (Brownie) and Helen (Staffacher) Vincent.  she attended Monroe High School, graduating in 1961. She later attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where she majored in English.  Betty married Bill Carter and later married Kenneth Norder. 

Betty was known for her sparkling and ready smile with each person she met. Throughout Betty’s life she worked at Oaktron Industries, Moore Business Forms, and Roth Kase Cheese.  She was a member of the Monroe Country Club.  Betty was an avid fan of the Brewers, Packers, and Badgers.  She also enjoyed playing sports, including bowling, volleyball, and golf.  Betty also enjoyed socializing out with her friends. 

Betty is survived by her daughter, Carrie (Craig Wyss) Carter; brothers, Eugene Vincent and Richard Vincent; niece, Nicole (Jacob Mick) Segenthaler; nephews, Evan Vincent and Richard Vincent II; and grand-niece, Dior Mick. She was preceded in death by her parents; and by her husbands, William Carter and Kenneth Norder.
