Dodgeville – Azalia Jolene Montgomery, age 14 months, of  Dodgeville, had her light extinguished late evening, Friday, August 11, 2023. She was born May 25, 2022 to Trevor and Alyxis Montgomery at Meriter Hospital in Madison, WI. 

Azalia loved the sounds of the rain and ocean waves, darker shades of purple and pink, being with Mommy, Daddy, and Big Sister, Amelia. Her favorite show was "Elinor Wonders Why". Her days were filled with love and kisses, warm baths, time with her stuffies, head and foot rubs,  and visits from big sister to check up on sissy. 

We will always miss, love and remember our Sweet Girl. 

She is survived by her Mommy, Daddy and Big Sister, Mema Shar and Grandma Patty, Grandpas Bill, George, and Jason. Great-Grandmothers Cindy, Sandy, and Sharon, Great Grandpas Greg, Jim, and Joel, her Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins.

Funeral services will be held at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, August 18, 2023 at the GORGEN-McGINLEY & AYERS FUNERAL HOME in Dodgeville. Visitation will be held from 3:00 p.m. until time of services on Friday at the funeral home.
