The City and the Redevelopment Authority is seeking to establish Redevelopment Area No. 1 (RA No. 1) to help businesses, homeowners, and residents take advantage of opportunities to improve their property within and adjacent to the downtown. 

As part of the process, the RDA must conduct a general site inventory for a planning area. If you see workers in vests carrying clipboards or a tablet-computers taking notes and photographs, please do not be alarmed. These workers will be conducting a site inventory of streets, parks, buildings, etc. on or around Nov. 30 in preparation for the project plan.
