• Reviewed and discussed recommendations of the Revolving Loan Fund Committee regarding approval of a possible agreement with Woodford State Bank regarding Allman Properties, LLC and Barrett's Brick Cafe, LLC loans and granting of "Class B" liquor and fermented malt beverage license to Woodford State Bank that is being voluntarily surrendered by Barrett's Brick Cafe, LLC. Voted 2-0 to send the issue to council as a whole with recommendation Council grant "Class B" license to Woodford State Bank. Thurston Hanson and Neal Hunter voted in favor; Chuck Schuringa did not vote.
