MONROE - A Monroe company will begin its 25th year of operation with a name change and a new logo.
QPS Companies now will be called QPS Employment Group as part of a rebranding campaign and in conjunction with its upcoming 25th anniversary. QPS, located at 1115 16th Ave., on Saturday celebrates 24 years in business.
The name has been changed to better reflect the services QPS provides, as well as to better position the company for future growth. The company responds to both employees and customers, finding optimal employment for applicants and taking initiative to resolve customers' staffing needs.
QPS was founded in 1985 and has grown from a two-person operation to a company whose internal staff now numbers 200 employees in 21 office locations throughout Wisconsin and Illinois.
QPS has experienced substantial growth over the past 20 years. It employs more than 4,000 associate employees weekly and works with more than 1,000 companies in Wisconsin and Illinois.
QPS expects the rebranding process to take 12 months. QPS' Green Committee will oversee the process, ensuring adherence to green standards and the desire to conserve resources.
