MONROE - During a meeting Tuesday, the City of Monroe Board of Public Works re-elected Alderman Keith Ingwell as president and Alderman Mark Coplien as vice president. Members of the 2009-2010 board are Keith Ingwell, Mark Coplien, Neal Hunter, Charles Schuringa, Thurston Hanson and Dan Henke (alternate).
