MONROE — On Wednesday, the Halloween Parade will start at 4:30 p.m. Trunk or Treat will immediately follow the parade from about 5 to 6 p.m. Participants in the parade should gather at the south side of the former ramp site parking lot. There will be crossing guards to help with crowd control for trunk or treat, but the main entrance for that will be the westside crosswalk on the Square.
City trick-or-treating in Monroe will be from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m.
All area communities listed below will have their trick-or-treat night on Halloween, Wednesday, Oct. 31:
Albany: Trick or Treat from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Wednesday; Trunk or Treat Saturday from 3 to 6 p.m. at the Albany Lions Club. Golf ball drop will be at 4 p.m. and Monster Mash Dance and Costume Contest from 4 to 6 p.m.
Argyle: Trick-or-treat from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday
Blanchardville: Trick-or-treat from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m.
Brodhead: Trick-or-treat from 4 to 7 p.m.
Darlington: Trick-or-treat from 6 to 8 p.m.
Gratiot: Trick-or-treat from 6 to 7:30 p.m.
Juda: Trick-or-treat from 4 to 7 p.m.
New Glarus: Trick-or-treat from 5 to 8 p.m. New Glarus Police will be handing out glow in the dark safety necklaces, courtesy of the New Glarus Police Community Relations Fund.
South Wayne: Trick or treat from 5 to 7 p.m.
Wiota: Trick or treat from 5 to 7 p.m. The Halloween party will start at 7 p.m. at the Wiota Firehouse.
