NEW GLARUS - Stephan A. Foster, 30, New Glarus, was arrested for fourth-offense driving under the influence at about 6:45 p.m. Sunday on Wisconsin 69, north of Valley View Road, in New Glarus township.

Foster was also cited for driving after suspension and speeding.

He was jailed.
