Green County Sheriff

MONROE — Paul J. Fredrickson, 50, New Glarus, was uninjured in a one-vehicle accident reported at 9:10 a.m. in the N4700 block of Dutch Hollow Road, Town of Sylvester. He was southbound when his vehicle hit a power line that had fallen and was hanging over the roadway. The vehicle sustained minor damage. Alliant Energy responded to the scene and repaired the power line.


Lafayette County Sheriff 

DARLINGTON — On Monday, June 10:

●  Robert L. Mick, 67, Darlington, reported hitting a deer at 9:38 p.m. on Bond Road, Town of Fayette. The 2013 Ford Taurus sustained minor damage.

On Tuesday, June 11:

●  Brittany L. Miller, 21, Blanchardville, reported hitting a deer at 8:54 a.m. on Wis. 78, Town of Argyle.

●  A two-vehicle accident was reported at 5:20 p.m. on East Main Street in Benton. Deante P. Lasoya, 22, Shullsburg, was driving her 2006 Chevrolet when she hit a parked 2003 Suzuki, owned by Patrick J. Nelson, 30, Dubuque, Iowa. Both vehicles sustained minor damage. Lasoya and Nelson were both cited for not having vehicle insurance.
