Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON — On Sunday, Dec. 2:

●  No injuries were reported from a one-vehicle rollover at 7:09 p.m. on U.S. 151, Town of Belmont. Bridgett M. Miesen, 17, Belmont, was northbound when she lost control of her 2002 Jeep and went off the road. The vehicle then rolled over and came to rest on its top. Slippery road conditions factored into the accident. The Grant County Sheriff’s Office, Belmont EMS and the Belmont Fire Department assisted deputies on scene. The Jeep sustained severe damage and was towed.

On Monday, Dec. 3:

●  A one-vehicle rollover was reported at 4:17 a.m. on County K in Darlington, with deputies and the Darlington Fire Department assisting Darlington police on scene.

●  Abdinasir Zubeir reported hitting a deer at 8:28 p.m. on Wis. 11, Town of Shullsburg. His 2017 Mercedes Benz sustained minor damage and was driven from the scene.


Green County Sheriff

MONROE — On Monday, Dec. 3:

●  Brittany E. Williams, 37, Scales Mound, Illinois, reported no injuries from a one-vehicle crash at 6:44 a.m. in the N4500 block of Wis. 69, Town of Monroe. She was northbound when she lost control due to slick road conditions and her vehicle went into the ditch. It was removed from the ditch with minor damage and driven from the scene.

●  Natalee M. Vavra, 18, Juda, reported minor injuries but declined medical treatment from a one-vehicle crash at 5:16 p.m. in the W5000 block of Tschudy Road, Town of Monroe. She was westbound when she lost control due to slick road conditions and her vehicle went into the ditch. The vehicle sustained moderate damage and was towed.

On Wednesday, Dec. 5:

●  Richard L. Dutscheck, 32, Fitchburg, reported minor injuries from a single-vehicle rollover accident at 1:51 a.m. in the Town of Exeter. He was southbound on Wis. 92 approaching the intersection with County W when he failed to negotiate a curve and went into the ditch. His vehicle then hit a traffic sign and went into a field, where it overturned and came to rest on its side. Dutscheck was arrested on a first-offense charge of operating while intoxicated. He was also cited for operating with a prohibited blood-alcohol concentration and failure to keep a vehicle under control. He was released pending court.  His vehicle sustained disabling damage and was towed. Belleville EMS and the Belleville Police and Fire Departments assisted deputies at the scene.

●  A three-vehicle crash with injuries was reported at 5:12 p.m. in the W5800 block of Wis. 11, Town of Monroe. Caroline B. Williams, 42, Monroe, was westbound on the Wis. 11 exit ramp to Wis. 81 when she failed to stop and rear-ended a vehicle driven by Mark A. Martell, 27, Monroe. Martell’s vehicle in turn rear-ended a vehicle driven by Nicole M. Terhark, 29, Monroe. Williams and her passenger were uninjured. Her vehicle’s airbags deployed and it was towed with disabling damage. Martell suffered injuries but was not transported by EMS from the scene. His vehicle sustained functional damage and was driven from the scene. Terhark sustained injuries but was not transported by EMS from the scene. Children in her vehicle were uninjured. Williams was cited for inattentive driving, and Terhark was cited for operating a motor vehicle without insurance. The Monroe Police Department and Green County EMS assisted deputies at the scene.
