MONROE — On Aug. 5:

●  A two-vehicle accident was reported at 11:59 a.m. in the 700 block of 8th Street. Michelle R. Zoller, 41, South Wayne, was eastbound when she rear-ended a stopped vehicle at a traffic signal. Both vehicles received minor damage. Zoller was cited for following too closely and having no vehicle insurance.
