William "Harry" Pryce age 66 of rural Brodhead, Wisconsin died Friday, October 25, 2013 at Monroe Clinic Hospital. He was born March 1, 1947 in Monroe, Wisconsin the son of William D. and Marilyn (Flora) Pryce and graduated from Albany High School in 1966.

Harry married Sharon King May 18, 1968 at Orfordville, WI Lutheran Church. Harry was self-employed in construction, was an avid woodworker, an avid NASCAR fan, enjoyed time with his family-especially his grandchildren, and was a member of Albany Lutheran Church.

Surviving are his wife, Sharon Pryce of rural Brodhead; daughter, Jennifer (Ryan) Schmidt of Barneveld; grandchildren, Taylor Schmidt, Bryn Pryce, Reegan Schmidt, & Ryker Schmidt; father, William D. Pryce of Monroe; brothers, Greg (Cindy) Pryce of rural Brodhead & Jeff (Kristy) Pryce of rural Albany; sister, Peggy Keeney of Brodhead; and mother-in-law, Virginia King of Albany. He was predeceased by his Mother; sons, Shane & Brad Pryce; and father-in-law, John King.

Visitation will be from 4:00 to 7:00 P.M. Monday October 28, 2013 at Shriner-Hager-Gohlke Funeral Home 1455 Mansion Drive & N. 18th Avenue in Monroe.

Funeral services will be at 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, October 29, 2013 at the Funeral Home with Pastor David Natzke officiating. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Cemetery in Albany.

A Memorial Fund is being established in Harry's memory.
