MONROE - No injuries were reported at 9:24 p.m. Thursday after Olivia M. Werth, 16, Monroe, struck the vehicle of a 45-year-old Freeport man at the intersection of 21st Street and 11th Avenue. Werth was cited for failing to yield the right of way from a stop sign. Both vehicles sustained moderate to severe damage and were towed from the scene.
