MONROE - On Wednesday:

• Gary L. Burkhalter, Monroe, reported a vehicle vs. deer crash in the W1200 block of Wisconsin 59.

On Thursday:

• Deputies responded at 3:24 p.m. Thursday to a three-vehicle crash in the W8900 block of Wisconsin 11, Town of Cadiz. Cynthia L. Jackson, 58, Browntown, was westbound and began to slow her vehicle in anticipation of a vehicle in front of her that was turning left onto Foundry Road. A vehicle behind her, driven by Danielle M. Williams, 27, Nora, Ill., slowed down as well. Behind Williams, Robert J. Lehman, 30, South Wayne, failed to apply his brakes in time. This set off a chain reaction: Lehman rear-ended Williams' vehicle, and Williams' vehicle rear-ended Jackson's vehicle. Jackson requested medical assistance and was taken by EMS to an area hospital. Lehman's and Williams' vehicles sustained severe damage and were towed. Jackson's vehicle sustained minor rear-end damage and was also towed. No citations were issued due to conflicting information received at the scene.
