MONROE POLICE

MONROE - No one was injured in a two-vehicle accident at about 9:30 a.m. Thursday in the 2000 block of Fifth Street. Police report a vehicle driven by Umavathy Manoharan, 38, Monroe, pulled out from a parking stall and hit a vehicle owned by Derek Johnson, Pecatonica. Both vehicles received minor damage.

GREEN COUNTY SHERIFF

MONROE - One person was injured in a two-vehicle accident at about 5:15 p.m. Thursday on Wisconsin 11 at County OK. Deputies report a vehicle driven by Mary E. Malcook, 59, Brodhead, was stopped in traffic to make a left turn and was hit by a vehicle driven by Joey J. Barnes, 17, Monroe. Both vehicles received moderate damage and were towed. Malcook sustained injuries and was taken to Monroe Clinic.

• A vehicle driven by Sharon L. Pinow, 41, Albany, hit a deer at about 7:15 p.m. Thursday in the N7700 block of Wis. 69. The vehicle received minor damage.

• A vehicle driven by Timothy J. Neff, 24, Gratiot, hit a deer at about 9:45 p.m. Thursday on Wis. 11 near Dill Road. The vehicle received moderate damage.

LAFAYETTE COUNTY SHERIFF

DARLINGTON - No one was injured in a two-vehicle accident at about 8:15 a.m. Thursday on County M in Wiota township. Deputies report a vehicle driven by Andrew F. Goebel, 57, Mineral Point, crossed the center line and hit a vehicle driven by Janice M. Berget, 62, Gratiot. Goebel was cited for driving left of center.

• A vehicle driven by Robert H. McGuire, 62, Mineral Point, hit a deer at about 7:30 a.m. Thursday on County O in Kendall township.

• A vehicle driven by Trisha M. Fecht, 29, Darlington, hit a deer at about 6:15 p.m. Thursday on Ames Road in Darlington township.

• A vehicle driven by Michael R. McDonald, 51, Belmont, hit a deer at about 6:45 p.m. Thursday on County G in Belmont township.

• A vehicle driven by Janel L. Rupnow, 19, Argyle, hit a deer at about 8 p.m. Thursday on County N in Wayne township.

• A vehicle driven by Tommy L. Notter, 17, Shullsburg, hit a cow at about midnight Thursday on County Z in Willow Springs township. The vehicle received moderate damage.
