MONROE - One person sustained minor injuries in a two-vehicle accident at about 7:45 a.m. Thursday at the intersection of 16th Avenue and 19th Street. Police report a vehicle driven by Rebel L. Wenger , 43, Monroe, collided with a vehicle driven by Timothy J. Rucker, 46, Monroe. Wenger declined medical treatment and was cited for operating after suspension and failure to yield the right of way from a stop sign.

MONROE - No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle accident at about 3:30 p.m. Thursday in the N3000 block of Wis. 11/81, Town of Monroe. Deputies report a vehicle driven by Mary A. Falancer, 63, Savanna Ill., was attempting to turn south from the Wis. 11 ramp when she turned into the second southbound lane and collided with a vehicle driven by James M. Klinkhammer, 55, Monticello. Both vehicles received moderate damage and were driven from the scene. Falancer was cited for inattentive driving and released pending court.
n Andrew P. Henning, 47, Monticello, collided with a deer at about 6:15 p.m. Thursday on Wis. 39, west of Durst Road, Town of New Glarus. The vehicle received moderate damage and was driven from the scene.

DARLINGTON - Minor injuries were reported in a one-vehicle accident at about 5 p.m. Thursday on Wis. 78 in the Town of Blanchardville. Deputies report Kevin J. Buehl, 54, Blanchardville, was southbound when he traveled off the roadway, corrected back onto the road, traveled across the road and into the other ditch, where the vehicle overturned. The vehicle received extensive damage and was towed form the scene. Blanchardville Fire Department, Blanchardville Ambulance, Blanchardville Police Department and Argyle Police Department assisted at the scene.
n Randall A. Leu, 51, Darlington, reported striking a deer at about 5:11 p.m. Wednesday on Roller Coaster Road in the Town of Darlington.
n Sherry R. Sawvell, 50, Shullsburg, reported striking a deer at about 1:30 p.m. on Wisconsin 11 in the Town of New Diggings. The vehicle received moderate damage
