Monroe Police

MONROE - Sarah K. Soper, 29, Argyle, reported hitting a deer at 6:39 a.m. Tuesday on County C, west of County N, in the Town of Washington. Soper's vehicle sustained moderate damage and was driven from the scene.

- No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle accident at 3:37 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of 12th Street and 13th Street. Dianne K. Waage, 61, Argyle, hit the vehicle of Ashley R. Hauser, 21, Monroe. Waage's vehicle sustained minor damage and Hauser's sustained moderate damage. Waage was cited for failure to yield right a way from a stop sign.

- Angela J. Deegan, 45, Albany, reported hitting a deer at 8:50 p.m. Monday in the West 2100 block of County EE, in the Town of Albany. No injuries were reported by the occupants. The vehicle received moderate damage and was driving from the scene.

- Minor injuries were reported after a one-vehicle accident at 3:39 p.m. Friday at the intersection of 11th Avenue and 17th Street. Officers report that Fredrick J. Bauman, 60, Monroe, hit a tree. Bauman was transported to Monroe Clinic for non-life threatening injuries.

- Minor injuries were reported for a one-vehicle accident Saturday. John F. Bircher, 84, Monroe, hit a building. Bircher declined medical treatment for his minor injuries.

Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - Injuries were reported in a two-vehicle accident at 5:26 p.m. Tuesday on Wisconsin 11 in the Town of Shullsburg. Trent A. Ubersox, 22, Shullsburg, was traveling east on Wis. 11, and a tractor trailer followed him. Ubersox slammed on his brakes and was rear ended by Shane A. Reppen, 29, Brodhead. Ubersox's vehicle received damage and was towed from the scene. Ubersox was transported to Memorial Hospital of Lafayette County by ambulance.

- An ATV accident was reported at 6:40 p.m., stemming from an incident that occurred earlier in the day on Cheese County Trail, in the Town of Darlington. Reports said that Timothy L. Miller, 50, Richland Center, received minor injuries after he hit a pot hole and lost control. The ATV traveled off the trail, up an embankment and rolled over. Miller was taken by a private vehicle to the Richland Center Hospital for treatment.

New Glarus Police

NEW GLARUS - Deputies reported a criminal damage to a vehicle incident at 10:54 a.m. April 26 in the 200 block of 5th Avenue, following a suspicious person complaint received the previous night. After further investigation, it was concluded to be a hit-and-run crash to a parked vehicle. The incident remains under investigation.
